I was in Venice mid-December a few years ago, and it was just lovely. Can’t imagine how ridiculous it would be to visit right now!! I was in Venice in May and the square was flooded on all 3 days we were there. Ankle height though, nothing compare to weist height as some of the photo’s The Big Picture show. And we never saw any Red Bull wake boarders tearing up the canals and square which I’m a little pissed about.
